Pâte Sucreé, as the French would call our pastry. We have developed our own gluten and wheat free pastry recipe that we use in all of our tarts. It is crisp and buttery, melt-in-the-mouth texture. 

 

We have a range of tarts available from our Canal Walk patisserie, as well as to order from our bakery:
